Enliven Housing has converted six two-bedroom apartments and four one-bedroom apartments into specialist disability accommodation.
The apartments are generously sized. They range from 56m2 for the one-bedroom configuration to 78m2 for the two-bedroom SDA apartments.
These SDA designs satisfy the NDIS categories of Improved Liveability, Fully Accessible, and High Physical Support. To ensure our Penrith NDIS apartments adhere to these design categories, we have implemented adjustable bench-top kitchens and wheelchair-accessible private outdoor areas.
You can join the Choice Collective (our Community Co-op), a unique arrangement that offers a great way to get the most from your NDIS Core Support budget.
The tenant-controlled Collective gives you the opportunity to optimise shared support with other SDA-funded residents in the complex. You can also get to know like-minded people who want to live their best life too.
