I love helping people in whatever way I can, so when the opportunity to work in the disability sector came up with Enliven, I knew it was a challenge I wanted to take on. What I love most about working here is how close-knit and supportive the team is – everyone’s always willing to lend a hand, whether it’s to a colleague or a tenant.

Career highlight:

One of the most meaningful highlights of my career was during my time with the Northern Ireland Housing Executive. I was involved in completing housing sign-ups, and some of those moments were incredibly emotional – people cried with happiness and relief, knowing that something had finally worked out for them. Being part of such a significant turning point in their lives is something I’ll always carry with me.

Outside of work:

I love getting lost in a really good series on Netflix or just meeting my friends for a coffee and catch up at the beach!

What super-power would you want?

Clairvoyance – so I could see things before they happened to get to a solution quicker!
